Sam, hope all is well. Recall that when you visited I thought I had with me some digital images of slides Dad took in Korea, but didn't. Well, the CD resurfaced. I'll send you a few images, maybe over two or three e-mails to avoid bogging down the net. The other one I'll send this time is, to my knowledge, the battery CP. The door is open and you can see documents posted inside. Here are these for now -- share with anyone you wish, or let me know anyone else you'd like me to send them to directly. More later. Joel |

Among the ones I'll send you this time was another photo of Dad after he returned from Japan. According to a note he had with the slides, the thumb bandage is because he cut it on a water can. |
I'll also send another photo that, I think, includes his tent mate upon his return to the unit. As far as I know it's the guy on the right in the red scarf. I don't know his name. I recall Dad said he was from a Deep South state, maybe Mississippi, and they had a rebel flag they put up in their tent. |
