David Mills story, as told during the 15th annual OPHSA reunion, is recorded in two formats: WMA and MP3. The WMA format is the smaller file and should be playable on any computer running a Microsoft operating system. The MP3 format is a larger, but a more universal file format, and can be played on both Microsoft and Apple operating systems. |
